As we go into the fall months we are all wondering where our Business world is going to take us. Prices are still holding their own in the market place it seems but the movement has become slower.  Many changes taking place in our profession regarding  the normal practice of representing the Seller and the Buyer and new practice is being put in place in our industry.   I am often asked to for see what I think is going to happen in our current market area.  I feel we will gradually adjust and stabilize where prices are more comfortable.  Until that happens we have to continue to do our best and have hope for our economy.
